About the Role:
Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Part-Time Deli Clerk at our Burlingame location. The perfect candidate will be customer service is driven and flexible working on various tasks from day to day.
Essential Functions:
Assist customers at the deli counter which may include making sandwiches and slicing meat.
- Properly cut, wrap and scale deli items.
- Stock and display deli products.
- Operates slicer, wrapping, and cooking equipment; assists in maintaining all equipment in safe working condition.
- Individuals must be able to follow procedures and guidelines.
- Must be able to handle food in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
- Local candidates only.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Serve Safe certified is a plus!
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
- Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.
- Please be aware that you may be required to wear Covid-19 related PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as mandated by Company Policy.
